Each one of us, whether an adult or a child, are vulnerable to stress. In whatever we do, we may feel discomfort as a result of our body's natural way of reacting to a challenge.

As time goes by, the agent now only feels small tints of stress, because the agents gains tons of confidence after the coaching. Focus is the only key for us to pass the challenge.
Relax: When we feel challenged, we feel stress. And when we are stressed out, we feel so weak,exhausted and down. We should never forget that our body still needs rest and relaxation. Going to a spa or a massage parlor and undergo some body relaxation is an excellent idea! Go out with your friends and loved ones. Have a good talk with them and be relieved for a while! Always remember, after all the you've been through, you still deserve a rewarding life though sometimes it caused you some stress. Just be reminded that you can be relaxed even though you're working on a tight budget. Just be creative on how to unwind and be relax without spending too much.
Crave and eat: When we are challenged, we feel stress. To fight stress, we should be on focus. However, how can you focus if your mind keeps on turning around but your tummy is empty? Indulge your self from healthy foods and delectable, bite-size snacks! Most wise people who are stressed out turn to eating food that they want! They deserved it! We feel punished when we feel so stressed, so it's just proper to give ourselves a reward by eating something that we want right? Go ahead and give yourself a treat!
